The Central State Office for the Development of the Digital Society processes personal data of citizens (data subjects) in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
The Central State Office for the Development of the Digital Society processes the personal data of the data subject only when there is a clearly defined legal basis for this — a legal obligation, consent of the data subject or in the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
The data collected by the Central Government Office for the Development of the Digital Society are:
- collects and analyses data for admission to civil service
- information on persons performing duties or high office in public authorities, party duties and party parliamentary mandates in the Croatian Parliament
- record requests and ways of handling requests for the exercise of the right of access to information and the re-use of information;
- records requests and replies to user queries
- keeps records of persons in charge of other state administration bodies for editing the portal Moja Administration
- keeps records of comments collected from the form on the portal My Administration
- keeps records of students of educational programs
- records visitors to official premises
- video surveillance footage
- make the reports submitted publicly available.
Recipients of personal data
The Central State Office for the Development of the Digital Society will forward personal data to other recipients solely on the basis of a legal obligation, i.e. a justified request from an authorised public authority.
